Skilled Electronics Test Technicians Wanted – Work with Industry Leaders!
We are seeking a skilled Test Technician with the ability to troubleshoot down to the component level on circuit boards. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting RF system issues and the ability to read and interpret technical documents.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electronic systems to the component level.
- Read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and diagrams.
- Set up, perform, and analyze experiments and tests according to pre-arranged product test procedures.
- Record results and findings into product test records.
- Operate test equipment, such as digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators.
- Assist team members in resolving technical challenges and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Provide guidance and training to Electronics Test Technicians.
- Oversee the appropriate use of materials, test equipment, and tools to maximize efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of electrical, electronic, and integrated circuits.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot RF system issues.
- Working knowledge of electronic schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical publications.
- Experience with test equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Team player mentality.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Three years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Work Environment
Work on the manufacturing floor, testing electronic PCB for drones using equipment like oscilloscopes and soldering tools. The role involves reporting to the Production Manager and Assembly Supervisor. Dress code is flexible to accommodate the demands of the role.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
