Drive - thru Loader

Forklift Operator

Join our dynamic team in the drive-thru area where you will play an essential role in directing customers to the appropriate locations for their material requests and assisting them with loading products. This position requires excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and the ability to operate an RF Scanner for inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to the appropriate locations for material requests.
• Assist customers with loading products.
• Communicate effectively with diverse personalities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate an RF Scanner to track inventory.
• Locate and track down products throughout the facility.

Essential Skills

• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in using RF Scanners.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs, with a consistent ability to lift 40lbs.
• 3+ months of previous customer service experience or relatable experience.
• Strong communication skills with all personality types.
• Ability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours per day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with retail environments such as Lowe's or Home Depot.
• Loading and unloading experience.
• Stock management skills.

Work Environment

The work environment is in a drive-thru area where the doors frequently open and close, reflecting the outside temperature as it is not climate controlled. The facility is clean and well-organized, providing a structured and efficient workspace.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
