Cylinder Technician| 1st Shift| 20$ - 23$/hr.!!!

Now Hiring: Cylinder Technician

This position involves tearing down and disassembling hydraulic cylinders. The ideal candidate must be mechanically inclined and physically capable of lifting 50 lbs repetitively throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of duties to support the hydraulic shop.
• Test products before shipment.
• Disassemble cylinders, evaluate parts' needs, assemble cylinders back together, and conduct testing.
• Gather and prepare parts for shipment upon completion.
• Provide solutions to problems as they arise, such as broken parts, missing parts, wrong materials, or missed tooling.

Essential Skills:

• Organizational skills
• 1 year of experience in mechanical aptitude
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively
• Ability to read a tape measure

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma is preferred
• Trade school is a plus
• Experience with hydraulics and/or cylinders
• Good mechanical aptitude

Work Environment:

The work environment is a machine shop type setting, located in what used to be an old car dealership showroom. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and safety glasses.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Freedom, PA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
