Counter Sales Clerk – Join Our Team!

Pay: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience

About the Role

Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers find the right products? We're looking for a Counter Sales Clerk to be the friendly face of our store and provide exceptional service. In this role, you'll assist customers with purchases, answer product questions, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide outstanding service in person and over the phone.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges quickly and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Share your product knowledge and recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Help keep our inventory organized and stocked, and occasionally assist in the showroom or warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to work well in a team and use computer systems for order entry.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hardware is a plus!

Work Environment

This role involves working in a showroom or warehouse setting, standing/walking for extended periods, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
