Mitigation Technician

Location: Plymouth, MN

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30/4:00 PM + On-Call Rotation

Compensation

Pay Rate: $19.00–$23.00/hr

• Report to office
• Ride in company vehicle to job site (not driving)
• Perform tear-outs, water extraction, demolition, and cleanup
• Use moisture detection tools

• Participate in on-call rotation (1 night/week, 1 weekend/month)

Candidate Profile

Must-Have:

• 6+ years construction experience
• 6+ years customer service or similar experience
• Open to overtime
• Coachable, positive attitude
• Willing to be on-call

Nice-to-Have:

• Tech-savvy
• Clean driving record

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
