Construction Laborer

This exciting opportunity focuses on the manufacturing of pre-manufactured modular homes for multi-family living, hospitality developments, and more. Modular homes are manufactured in a controlled environment and then transported to construction sites for assembly. We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer with experience in commercial multi-family builds or residential new construction to join our team in Albertville. The ideal candidate will have the ability to confidently complete cabinet installations from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Install cabinets according to written or verbal instructions.
• Measure rooms or installation areas accurately.
• Cut or build cabinets to fit each space perfectly.
• Follow blueprints to ensure quality installation.
• Clean up the job site after installation.

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of skilled carpentry work on commercial and residential new builds.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding electrical applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively, lead, and be an effective team player.
• Skilled in interpersonal communication and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, finish carpentry, and new construction.
• Familiarity with commercial building, tape measure, cabinet building, cabinet assembly, and blueprint reading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Work Environment:

This on-site carpentry opportunity requires no site-to-site travel. Work in a modern facility with advanced machinery, focused on multi-family living, hospitality developments, and more. Choose from two shifts: 1st Shift - Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm (optional overtime on Friday), or 2nd Shift - Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 2:00 am (optional overtime on Friday).

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
