CNC Programmer - 1st Shift - Pay Up To $32/hr

CNC Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team on the 1st shift from 5AM to 3PM. You will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC Mills, optimizing speed machining and tool paths, and ensuring efficient production operations.

Responsibilities:

• Program and set up CNC Mills with a focus on speed machining and tool path optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly.
• Schedule employees, equipment, and materials effectively.
• Provide innovative solutions to enhance plant efficiency.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Design and build production fixtures.
• Provide estimates for new opportunities.
• Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
• Recognize, deploy, and properly use inserts, fixtures, and tooling.
• Perform daily cleaning and light maintenance on CNC machinery.
• Track and report metrics and key performance indicators.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures and policies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00/hr.
