This role supports a high-volume production line by operating and performing minor setup on CNC machines in a clean, well-organized manufacturing facility. You will run CNC equipment on the T1XX line, inspect parts for quality, monitor machine performance, and keep your work area safe and orderly while working primarily on 3rd shift with regular overtime.
You join a stable manufacturing environment that rewards your commitment with consistent hours, regular overtime opportunities, and premium pay for Sunday work at double time. Upon conversion to direct employment, you gain access to a comprehensive benefits package that typically includes health, dental, vision, and 401(k) options, supporting both your immediate well-being and long-term financial security. You work in a safety-focused culture that values reliability, quality, and teamwork, providing a predictable schedule and a clear path to steady, long-term employment.
The role is based on a warehouse/production floor that is very clean, well lit, and strongly focused on safety. You will work primarily on 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with occasional adjusted hours of 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and you should expect mandatory overtime that may include a sixth workday. The environment centers on CNC machine operation within a high-volume manufacturing setting, using standard measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers for quality checks. The dress code requires jeans, a shirt with no logos or vulgar language, and steel-toed boots or shoes. You will spend most of your shift on your feet, working around running machinery, while following strict safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
