Lathe Machinist

We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machinist to operate multiple CNC Hardinge lathes for short and long-run production. The role requires setting up machines with a technician, deburring parts, and performing quality inspections using various tools. You will also be responsible for general maintenance of the machines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate multiple CNC Hardinge lathes as per work orders.
• Set up machines with a technician when necessary.
• Deburr parts and perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, vision systems, and CMM.
• Perform general maintenance on machines as needed.

Essential Skills:

• 2+ years of recent CNC Lathe experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Twin Spindle lathe machining.
• Familiarity with Nakumura machines.
• Knowledge of G&M codes and tool changes.
• Experience with machine offsets and Fanuc controls.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $75000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
