Quality Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The role involves inspecting purchased materials, in-process assemblies, and final products within a cleanroom environment. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with established inspection plans, procedures, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspect purchased materials, in-process assemblies, and final products within the cleanroom.
• Conduct inspections according to established plans, procedures, or practices.
• Utilize appropriate inspection equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
• Document inspection and test results; maintain accurate storage of documentation.
• Identify non-conformances and initiate the Non-conforming Material process.
• Maintain equipment and work area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience with visual quality inspection.
• Proficiency in cleanroom safety protocols.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Audit standards.
• Ability to use a microscope for detailed inspections.

Work Environment

Work in a smaller manufacturing setting that houses three companies under one parent company. The facility is temperature-controlled and includes an office space for the candidate. Be prepared to be on your feet for 5-6 hours per shift. Enjoy access to a lunch/break room and all necessary tools provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
