Clean Room Assembler

We are seeking a dedicated Clean Room Operator to efficiently manage parts from an injection mold machine, perform secondary operations, and package molded parts according to detailed instructions. The ideal candidate will be able to read, understand, and follow work instructions with precision.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts off of an injection mold machine.
• Perform secondary operations using a variety of equipment.
• Label and package parts as they are molded.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions and quality standards.

Essential Skills

• Ability to operate and manage machine operations effectively.
• Experience in assembly operations and general production.
• Knowledge of clean room practices.
• Understanding of medical assembly processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 0-6 months of manufacturing experience.
• A willingness to learn and adapt.
• Punctuality and reliability are crucial.

Work Environment

Join a clean room manufacturing company with a newly expanded facility, offering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Our facility is clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled. Contractors are required to gown up with no jewelry, makeup, and must wear booties, masks, and safety glasses. We offer a flexible schedule with 12-hour shifts, working 3 days one week and 4 days the next, with every other weekend off. Shifts are available during the day and night, along with standard 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BALDWIN, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
