Automotive Technician

We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Automotive Technician to join a high-volume dealership service team specializing in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. This role is ideal for someone experienced in engine repair, transmissions, and advanced diagnostics. You'll work in a modern, well-equipped facility with flexible scheduling options and strong opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose engine issues using scan tools, pressure gauges, and diagnostic equipment
• Repair or replace damaged engine components
• Perform engine rebuilds and overhauls when required
• Test and inspect completed repairs to ensure proper performance
• Repair damaged or malfunctioning vehicles across multiple systems
• Use hand tools and power tools regularly in daily tasks

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a GM dealership preferred, but experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram is highly valuable
• Strong skills in engine repair and modern engine management systems
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Must supply your own automotive tools (built-in toolbox provided)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to perform bending, pushing, climbing, twisting, kneeling, crouching, and other physical movements
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. (50 lbs. overhead) throughout the day

Work Environment

You'll work in a large, high-volume dealership with a clean, modern facility and a strong team environment. A standalone pre-owned reconditioning center is also available for techs still developing diagnostic skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $120,000.00/yr.
