CDL A Driver

We are seeking a skilled CDL A Driver to join our team in Mansfield, OH. The role offers competitive hourly rates ranging from $30-$35, with a primary work schedule of Monday through Thursday and occasional Fridays. This position involves daily driving between manufacturing facilities to transport deliveries to various locations including Toledo, Detroit, Flint, Michigan, New York/PA, and Chicago. Drivers will also be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, with capabilities of lifting 70 pounds and the ability to push products weighing more than 70 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily between manufacturing facilities to transport deliveries to specified locations.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring the safe handling of goods.
• Serve as a back-up driver for long-haul deliveries during other drivers' absences.
• Be prepared for a maximum of three overnights away from home.

Essential Skills

• Possession of a Class A CDL with a clear driving record.
• At least 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Experience or comfort with staying overnight 2-3 times a week.
• Capability to lift or push 70 pounds.
• Proficiency in driving, unloading, and operating a forklift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in handling heavy trucks and loading procedures.
• Familiarity with routes to major delivery areas excluding New York City and Long Island.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
