Bilingual Customer Service / Call Center Associate (English/Spanish)
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service / Call Center Associate who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues through inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English and Spanish
- Respond to customer questions regarding services, accounts, and processes
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Follow call center procedures and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work a full-time day shift
Compensation & Schedule:
- Hourly pay range: $18–$20, Based on experience
- Day shift: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
