As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining boilers, compressors, chillers, and HVAC systems. You will also assist in installing packaging and production equipment, which includes both vertical and horizontal packaging equipment. You will utilize the CMMS system to order parts, track work orders, and complete orders. Your role will involve making necessary adjustments to equipment to maintain required steam quality and maximize efficiency. Immediate reporting of any accidents or hazardous incidents is expected, along with preparing the plant for maintenance using proper LOTO and SWP procedures.

Work Environment:
Work on a 3rd shift schedule from 6 PM to 6 AM. Two schedules are available: Schedule One includes Week 1 (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and Week 2 (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday). Schedule Two includes Week 1 (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) and Week 2 (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). Adherence to safety protocols and GMP is essential, including wearing hairnets, beard nets, face masks, and steel-toed shoes.
