Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor (English/Spanish)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Pay: $24.70/hr - Weekly Pay

Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership and support for a team of temporary warehouse associates in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures that all temporary employees meet productivity, quality, and safety standards to keep inbound and outbound freight operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily activities of temporary warehouse staff, including loading/unloading, order pulling, freight sorting, and housekeeping.
• Assign work, set daily priorities, and monitor productivity to ensure timely and accurate processing of freight.
• Enforce safety standards, company policies, SOPs, and client-specific instructions.
• Train and onboard temporary employees on warehouse processes, safety protocols, and customer requirements.
• Train, evaluate, and certify employees on Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Conduct refresher training and coaching to address performance gaps.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback; escalate employee relations issues to Operations Management when needed.
• Track attendance, productivity, quality, and training completion metrics.
• Work closely with Operations Management to align labor resources with daily operational needs.

Work Environment

The work environment is clean and climate-controlled. The shift is from 10am to 8:30pm, Monday through Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.70 - $28.00/hr.
