We're hiring Assemblers who enjoy working with tools, building things, and being part of a supportive, growing team!

What You'll Do

• Read & understand shop drawings, Bills of Manufacturing, and wiring diagrams
• Make electrical connections on cords & wires
• Modify parts (drilling, tapping, cutting, countersinking)
• Assemble and align parts using hand & power tools
• Measure parts using tape measures, calipers, micrometers
• Attach labels & markings on products
• Inspect, test & adjust final units to ensure top quality

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or construction
• High School Diploma or GED
• Electrical experience required (especially for Bus Way Plugs)
• Comfortable using power tools & hand tools
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
• Able to lift 25–75 lbs as needed
• Team player with a desire to work in a production environment

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: Mon–Thu, 6 AM–4 PM
• 3rd Shift: Mon–Thu, 7:30 PM–5 AM
• Weekend Day: Fri–Sun, 6 AM–6 PM
• Weekend Night: Fri–Sun, 6 PM–6 AM
• Weekend teams get paid for 40 hours if all 3 days are worked!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CANONSBURG, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $22.00/hr.
