Join our dynamic team as an Assembler where you will play a crucial role in building and assembling copper piping and rubber tubing for our High Density Liquid Cooling products. You will work with hand and power tools, utilize blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems, and learn brazing and grinding techniques. This position requires standing throughout the shift and involves both individual and team-based tasks.
Assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for liquid cooling systems.
Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
Follow blueprints to construct complex assemblies.
Learn and perform brazing on copper piping.
Grind finished products for a smooth finish.
Work both individually and within a team setting.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Ability to read and follow blueprints.
Mechanical aptitude and experience in assembly.
Comfortable standing for the entire shift.
No prior manufacturing experience required; a strong desire to enter the field is preferred.
3+ months of assembly experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge or experience working with tools.

Our facility is a very large manufacturing environment, operating at a high speed but not on an assembly line. While clean, the environment can become hot during the summer months as it is not temperature controlled. Dress comfortably to accommodate standing throughout your shift.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota.
The pay range for this position is $18.82 - $20.50/hr.
