Production and Assembly Worker

Join our dynamic team as a Production and Assembly Worker, where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and logistics of conveyor rollers used in high-speed packaging machines. Responsibilities:

• Participate in the general production and assembly process of conveyor rollers.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
• Utilize shipping software to process orders and coordinate logistics.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work overtime if necessary.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in production and shipping tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with shipping software is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a production or assembly environment is beneficial.

Work Environment:

The work environment is dynamic and requires adaptability to temperature changes, as it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Candidates should be prepared for occasional exposure to the elements when dock doors are open. The facility operates on a 2nd shift schedule from 3 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Job Type & Location:

This is a position based out of Loveland, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
