We're hiring Circuit Card Assemblers (CCA) to help build precision electronic components used in aerospace and defense. You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled facility assembling circuit boards, cables, and mechanical parts. If you're detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to grow—this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble circuit boards, harnesses, cables, and mechanical components
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions
• Perform soldering, crimping, torque testing, and basic troubleshooting
• Use hand tools, air tools, and ESD-safe equipment
• Participate in LEAN and Six S activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support company values and continuous improvement goals

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read blueprints and wire tabulations
• Experience in circuit board or mechanical assembly preferred
• Familiarity with soldering, wiring, and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr.
