Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves a balanced mix of electrical and mechanical tasks, working with various voltages and performing preventative maintenance on injection molding machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform 50/50 electrical versus mechanical tasks.
• Work with 480v 3 phase, 120v single phase, 24vdc, and AC systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot injection molding machines.
• Perform minimal welding and fabrication tasks.
• Troubleshoot secondary auxiliary equipment via radio communication.
• Assign presses to PM for each shift.
• Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and inventory using Windsor Mold software.
• Occasionally perform robot end-of-arm changes and program updates.

Essential Skills

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• GED or high school diploma.
• 2+ years of experience with 480v and 3 phase electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Experience troubleshooting injection molding presses.
• Familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• MIG or stick welding and fabrication experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
