Warehouse Worker

We are looking for a dedicated warehouse worker to join our team. You will be cross-trained in picking, packaging, and receiving, ensuring high technology is utilized efficiently. This role involves minimal equipment use and requires flexibility to work the last Saturday of the month, if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Verify materials received against purchase requisition.
• Accurately pick, break down, and quality check orders for timely production and direct customer shipment.
• Operate Stand Up Reach Truck and class 5 forklifts following OSHA requirements.
• Prepare skids for freight shipments, including wrapping and strapping.
• Stock bins and shelves with parts from receiving carts and return to stock shelf.
• Package and quality control systems and parts for shipping.
• Check-in RMA's and RTV's.
• Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of products from vendors.
• Contribute ideas and participation in monthly meetings.
• Complete semi-annual inventories and weekly cycle counts.

Essential Skills:

• 1 to 3 years of warehouse experience.
• 1 to 3 years of RF Scanner experience.
• 1 to 3 years of picking experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Comfortable reading very small printed labels.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Willingness to work weekends, if needed.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Libertyville, IL.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
