Warehouse Support Specialist

The Warehouse Support Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including setting up payroll for employees and entering them into the system, checking and entering invoices for all US business, and using basic ERP systems. The role requires an industrial background.

Responsibilities

• Set up payroll for employees and enter them into the system.
• Check and enter invoices for all US business.
• Utilize basic ERP systems such as MONITOR for operational tasks.
• Provide support in customer service and invoice processing.
• Assist with closing documents and bookkeeping tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in invoice entry and processing.
• Strong data entry and accounting skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably MONITOR.
• Excellent customer service abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience from an industrial background is preferred.
• Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings.

This is a Contract position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
