Maintenance Technician Shift

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and perform preventative maintenance, minor mechanical and electrical repairs, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic repairs. The role involves ensuring all maintenance tools, supplies, and parts are returned to designated areas and maintaining the cleanliness of repair sites. You will comply with all company safety requirements and help train entry-level maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance by changing oil and fluids.
• Conduct minor mechanical repairs on pumps, valves, gears, belts, etc.
• Carry out minor electrical repairs with switches, bulbs, fixtures, 110 volts – single phased, de-energized on manufacturing machines.
• Execute minor hydraulic and pneumatic repairs with solenoids, valves, and hoses.
• Perform general maintenance duties as requested.
• Clean up repair work sites to pre-repair state, ensuring all maintenance tools, supplies, and parts are removed and returned to designated maintenance areas.
• Maintain 5S condition of the maintenance department and other work sites performing maintenance work.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement methods and tools to make work process improvements.
• Enter maintenance work performed against maintenance work orders into the company's computer database.
• Help train entry-level maintenance personnel as needed.
• Observe and apply department and company safety policies and procedures.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $74880.00/yr.
