1st & 2nd Shift Packaging Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Technician who will ensure that products are packaged according to specifications while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This role is crucial in supporting our production processes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Package products according to specifications.
• Lift heavy drums and bags as needed.
• Refill production supplies and complete necessary paperwork and batch sheets for compounded mixes.
• Monitor machinery and temperatures to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain cleaning materials and equipment for optimal cleanliness.
• Communicate facility maintenance needs to the maintenance department to ensure compliance with FSMA standards.
• Perform all other responsibilities as required.

Essential Skills

• Experience with cleaning, cleanroom practices, and janitorial tasks.
• Proficiency in GMP, inspection, and sanitation processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with liquid packaging.
• Skills in sanitation, mixing, and measuring.
• Preferred experience working in a regulated environment such as food, flavor, or chemical industries.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hamilton, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
