Industry Leading Distribution Company Urgently Hiring Reach Truck Operators
The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for accurately picking and staging cases for shipment using a reach truck and other material handling equipment. This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining safety and inventory integrity in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Mixed shifts are available, and successful candidates can start working immediately after passing the machine operation test.
Responsibilities:
- Maneuver reach trucks in narrow aisles and high racks efficiently.
- Accurately pick cases based on order sheets or RF scanners.
- Ensure correct product counts and minimize shrinkage.
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards.
- Navigate digital systems for tracking and updating inventory.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in reach truck operation.
- Experience with RF scanners.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Certification in forklift/reach truck operation.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr.
