Warehouse Worker

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker where you'll play an essential role in ensuring efficient operations within our rapidly growing warehouse environment. This position offers opportunities for growth and skill development, with the potential for pay increases and additional training once you become a permanent employee.

Responsibilities:

• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Stock shelves and sort packages efficiently.
• Organize items in a systematic manner.
• Scan, label, and mark inventory accurately.
• Utilize RF scanners to manage inventory.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in general labor and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in shipping, stocking, and material handling.
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack.
• Skill in picking and packing orders.
• Experience with RF scanning technology.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Environment:

Work in a fast-paced warehouse with narrow aisles, navigated by forklifts and hand carts in a safety-conscious manner. The warehouse environment varies with the seasons, being heated in winter and hot in summer, with fans and water coolers available. Dress in light, breathable layers, with sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes recommended. Open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are prohibited. Personal electronics are not permitted in the warehouse.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
