Warehouse Worker - Order Selector

Join our team as an Order Selector where you will operate an electric pallet jack to efficiently pick pallets off shelves. This role involves working across refrigerated, freezer, and dry sections of the warehouse, stacking and wrapping pallets, and loading, unloading, and staging materials. You will also use a handheld RF scanner to ensure the correct products are selected.

Responsibilities:

• Operate an electric pallet jack to pick pallets off shelves.
• Move between refrigerated, freezer, and dry sections throughout the shift.
• Stack and wrap pallets securely.
• Load, unload, and stage materials efficiently.
• Use a handheld RF scanner to scan and verify products.

Essential Skills:

• Experience working in a cold environment.
• Prior warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in operating an electric pallet jack.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Candidates must pass a machine test on the site of the interview.
• Steel toe boots are required for safety.

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in Linden, New Jersey, within the freezer and refrigerated sections of the warehouse. Expect a fast-paced environment, with shifts running from Sunday through Thursday, 6 pm to 4 am. Appropriate attire, including jackets, gloves, and hats, is provided for working in cold conditions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ 08810.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
