Warehouse Worker

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker where you will be an essential part of our shipping and receiving operations. You will be responsible for stocking shelves, sorting packages, and organizing items efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Stock shelves, sort packages, and organize items.
• Scan, label, and mark inventory using RF scanners.
• Operate manual pallet jacks and handle material.
• Load and unload items as needed.

Essential Skills:

• General labor and warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in shipping, stocking, and manual pallet jack operations.
• Familiarity with RF scanning and inventory management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory.
• No forklift certification required; training and certification on CROWN trucks provided upon permanent hire.

Work Environment:

Experience a fast-paced warehouse environment where safety is a priority. The aisles are narrow, with forklifts and hand carts moving efficiently. Temperature conditions vary with the seasons; the warehouse is heated in winter and hot in summer. Dress in light, breathable layers, and wear sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes. Open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are prohibited. Cellphones and electronics are not permitted in the warehouse.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $19/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
