A+E Global Media is seeking a highly strategic and performance-minded Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead audience acquisition, product marketing, and retention efforts across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) products and expanded sites. This leader will own these platform's growth strategy across paid and owned channels, including product feature recommendations, as well as guiding test-and-learn strategies.
This role blends performance & product marketing, and requires a marketer who can own & champion the full user journey on these platforms. The role requires a track record of delivering measurable growth – managing to CAC, LTV, engagement & retention KPIs.
