Aegis Living Las Vegas is looking for a Marketing and Sales Director that will work with our community to find our future residents. As a Marketing Director, you are responsible for sales, tours, outreach, and marketing of a community that delivers premium choices, sophisticated style, and well-crafted details. Qualifications

What You Will Do:

• Implement and coordinate all property sales related activities.
• Develop and implement community events to increase awareness of the property.
• Conduct outreach to the local area to prospective Residents, Resident Family Members and Community Leadership.
• Build referral partner relationships to include local Physicians, Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities and Community Leaders.
• Deliver service excellence throughout each perspective customer experience.

Who You Are:

• +5 years of Sales experience.
• A Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Consistent track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.
• Sales background in the areas of cold calling, community relations, special events and networking.
• Experience working in a service-related industry desired, experience working in hospitality or health care sales experience is a plus.
• Must have the ability to travel locally to attend functions, network within the community, create and implement events.
• Must be willing to take 2-step TB test.

Salary

Min Salary: USD $85,000.00/Hr.

Max Salary: USD $90,000.00/Hr.
