Senior or Principal Level Geotechnical Engineer - Dams

As part of our industry leading Dams team, you'll contribute to feasibility studies, design, construction and asset management, collaborating with specialists nationally and internationally to develop sustainable water solutions.

How you'll make a difference:

• Geotechnical analysis and conceptual to detailed design of water dams, retarding basins, service basin
• Inspection, investigation and condition assessment of existing dams
• Scoping and undertaking geotechnical investigations, including interpretation of foundation conditions and characterising the engineering properties of foundation and construction materials
• Construction support services including inspection of works, evaluation of quality control and quality assurance data and construction reporting.
• Preparation of tenders and proposals & providing mentoring.

The qualities that help you thrive:

• A relevant tertiary degree, CPEng, RPEQ and proven experience in the dams industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex dam projects and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
• Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving, organisational and commercial skills, and the ability to build effective client relationships.
• Collaborative and detail-focused professional who shows initiative and thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
