Job Description

• Planning, design, and execution of HVAC projects
• Preliminary, design, and construction planning in the field of HVAC
• Leading planning meetings
• Technical coordination meetings and coordination with clients, architects, authorities, and specialist contractors of involved trades
• Creation of plans, scopes of work (SOW), and tenders, performing calculations

Qualifications

• Study of technical direction or HVAC (FH/Bachelor)
• Professional experience in the field of HVAC (heating, climate technology, ventilation, sanitation)
• Knowledge of VOB and the various HOAI performance phases
• Good Revit skills and preferably also in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Very good English and German language skills
