We're expanding our Civil Engineering team and are seeking passionate, experienced professionals to help shape the renewable landscape.

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with a background in renewable energy infrastructure to join our growing team. You will be involved in the design, development, and delivery of civil engineering works across a portfolio of wind and solar projects across Australia and internationally.

Beyond renewables, you will have the opportunity to work on general civil engineering projects within Transport & Water Engineering, so your experience will show you are an all-rounder with the ability to adapt.

  • Being proactive to deliver high-quality and timely technical outputs that meet client expectations
  • Championing innovation and digital solutions to enhance client value and project outcomes.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and empowering both your and their careers

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.

  • Civil Engineering Degree or appropriate equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements.
  • Extensive experience within renewables infrastructure but also general civils.
  • Strong Leadership with excellent interpersonal skills.

Why you'll love working with us

  • Flexible work arrangements, including alternative start/finish times, part-time, job-sharing and hybrid work options
  • Purchase up to 6 weeks additional annual leave per year
  • Volunteer and representation leave
  • Flex public holidays – swap Easter or other holidays for ones that suit you better

Ready to push the limits of what's possible?

We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including those with disabilities, additional health or mental health needs, and/or neurodiverse conditions. If you require any adjustments during the hiring process, please let us know.
