What You'll Do

As part of an AI-first engineering team, you will collaborate closely with AI/ML/RL engineers to bring advanced AI capabilities into production-grade user-facing products. You will work hands-on with modern technologies across the stack, turning cutting-edge research into robust, scalable product features in a rapidly evolving space. While this is a full-stack role, we are particularly looking for strong frontend depth.

• Design, build, and maintain user-facing product features across the stack — from scalable frontend interfaces (Svelte, React, TypeScript) to backend services and APIs (Python)
• Collaborate closely with product managers, ML engineers, and other product engineers to ship high-impact features end-to-end
• Translate complex engineering and AI outputs into clear, interactive, and usable components
• Contribute to system architecture decisions across frontend and backend
• Drive technical excellence by improving frontend and backend architecture, performance, and developer experience
• Take ownership of features from concept to deployment, influencing product direction and technical trade-offs
• Build high-performance, interactive 3D web experiences for complex engineering and infrastructure models

Qualifications

Must-Haves

• Strong experience building production applications with TypeScript (Svelte or React)
• Solid experience building backend services in Python
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Understanding of system design and scalable architectures • Strong web fundamentals

Preferred Skills

AI & Product Platforms

• Experience with large-scale AI agent or SaaS platforms
• Experience working with ML/AI model integration in production systems

3D & Spatial (for 3D-focused track)

• Experience building high-performance 3D web applications (WebGL, Three.js, Babylon.js)
• Experience working with CAD/BIM or spatial datasets (e.g. IFC, Revit, glTF)

Systems & Infrastructure

• Experience designing and deploying backend systems in cloud environments
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. Postgres)
• Knowledge of design systems and frontend architecture best practice
