Principal Engineer-Dry Utility(Infrastructure)

We are seeking a Principal Engineer-Dry Utility(Infrastructure) to join our Transmission & Distribution team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful Energy projects across global offices and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as a senior technical resource and technical advisor for the team
• Providing specialized technical input to studies and design for the team's specific area of expertise
• Developing study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality, cost-effective work by others
• Participating in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables
• Developing construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects
• Using expertise in all steps of completing the discipline component of the PS&E package
• Performing quality control review of design calculations or drawings
• Preparing technical specification sections
• Providing input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements

Qualifications include:

• A Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university
• 10-13 years of experience (exposure to outside India projects preferably in the Middle East, UK, USA, Canada, and ANZ region)
• Preparation, review, and production of Electrical (EHV, HV, MV, LV), Street Lighting, Telecom, ELV, ICT Network, Pump station, Water Treatment Plant, EV charging Station, Substation, Power Transmission & Distribution network
• Design Calculation: Street lighting, High Mast Area Lighting, Cable sizing & Voltage drop, Earthing, Fault level, Corridor sizing
• Software: Dialux, AGI, Lighting Reality, Amtech, ETAP
