Are you an experienced structural engineer with expertise in dams, looking to take the next step in your career? We are expanding our Dams team across Australia and are currently seeking a director level Dam Engineer to join our Melbourne team and help lead and deliver a strong portfolio of projects.

How you'll make a difference:

• Leading and running structural engineering components of complex, major dams projects and providing technical and strategic direction in their delivery.
• Guiding and mentoring our growing team of engineers to provide high quality outputs and excellent client service.
• Leading design teams and design programs from options-analysis through to detailed design of dams.
• Creating and maintaining lasting relationship with our clients.

• Proven experience in delivering above expected outcomes and a strong technical capability within the dams industry
• A passion for mentoring and leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You enjoy developing and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders, clients as well as the local industry, whether through project work, client initiatives or industry associations
• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline (essential).
