We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects, contributing to the successful delivery of transport and aviation solutions.

How you'll make a difference:

• Develop technical skills, build industry knowledge, and grow your career in a supportive and collaborative environment under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Gather and organise basic engineering data using established procedures and systems.
• Assist with specific and defined portions of larger project assignments under the guidance of senior engineers and transport planners.
• Support the delivery of traffic and transport engineering tasks, including technical calculations and analysis.
• Apply standards and guidelines in the planning and design process and an ability to develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
• Apply safe systems principles to develop a safe environment for all road users.
• Plan for the movement of people across all modes and a range of projects.
• Assess the movement of people in space and understand the implications, and to advise clients accordingly.
