Advisacare is urgently hiring for the role of home healthcare and hospice community liaison. As a community liaison you will be responsible for building meaningful connections with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare facilities in and around Oakland county, playing a crucial role in the growth of all service lines.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategies to promote all AdvisaCare service lines.
2. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations.
3. Conduct presentations and educational sessions to raise awareness of home health and hospice within the community
4. Assess and identify the needs of potential clients and their families in the home health and hospice sector
5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
