The role you'll contribute:
Under with the FANS management team, the Food Service Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing patient tray line, floor stock, retail preparation, cook line, catering request, and delivery of patient trays. Assisting management in the planning, directing, and evaluation of production and presentation of food operations. Maintains organized workstations, and ensure proper flow for day to day operations. Ensures staff is following all policy and procedures to create the best possible patient and guest experience. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and maintains safety standards.
The value you'll bring to the team:
- Keeps patient tray line stocked, cleaned, and organized.
- Prepares cold food and beverages according to recipe and production needs.
- Takes inventory of nursing pantries, prepares and assembles and stocks bulk nourishments; rotates, cleans and sanitizes following HACCP guidelines. Maintains daily accuracy in documentation for billing.
- Conduct daily floor stock in the EMS and physician lounge and ensure proper par level and billing
- Oversee retail operations and fill vacancy as needed
Qualifications:
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
- At least three-year experience in food service experience in hospitality or healthcare industry.
- High School Diploma Required
- Current Serve Safe or other food safety or HACCP certification upon 90 days of hire.
