Quality Management System Engineering Intern

Job Title
Implement sub sections of the Quality Management System (QMS), Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) system and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives.
Documentation Control
Develop and ensure the work documents are controlled and maintained
Process Documentation
Document existing manufacturing processes into work instructions, creating flowcharts for key workflows
Implement Control Tools
Develop tools for processing and measuring output such as checklists, inspection forms, and data collection depositories
Measurement Results
Stratify data from process, inspection and test. Create charts showing results in comparison to set targets
Training
Training personnel in new procedures and encourage employee commitment to quality standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in bringing improvement to the company by using data to identify inefficiencies, nonconformities, and opportunities for corrective actions.
Safety
Perform all job duties in a safe manner and obey all safety policies and procedures
Ensures compliance with all Safety Standards and metrics
