Responsibilities:
- System installation / relocation / retrofit / upgrade / maintenance
- System hardware repair, troubleshooting and critical issue investigation
- Work with support team to solve engineering and production problems for customers
- Performing detailed electrical failure analysis of system
- Issuing Diagnosing / Calibration / product failure analysis / troubleshooting / repair reports
- Observing the product quality and liaising with departments locally & overseas
- Establishing an effective feedback channel to the various customer issue
- Customer regular visit and relationship maintenance
