Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: • Simulate process systems using HYSYS™, Dynsim™, PRO/II™, SCP270™, TRISIM™, and related tools. • Execute simulation projects including OTS, Tieback Studies, Dynamic Studies, H&MB Validation, Pipeline Simulation, and Power Projects. • Integrate real distributed control systems (e.g. Emerson DeltaV, Foxboro (Schneider Electric), Yokogawa, Siemens, and ABB) and develop control emulation environments. • Implement PLCs, Cause & Effect Diagrams, and integrate them with dynamic models. • Perform thermodynamic and dynamic analyses, design calculations, and reconcile simulation data. • Develop and validate steady-state and dynamic simulation models. • Define and configure operator training simulator architectures. • Review and document engineering content for quality and accuracy. • Participate in client witness testing and support project delivery.
