Out Systems Development Lead Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Out Systems Development Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web and mobile applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background, proven leadership in managing development teams, and extensive hands-on experience with OutSystems, integrations, and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
路 Lead the end-to-end development of web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform.
路 Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns for scalable OutSystems solutions.
路 Oversee the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
路 Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
路 Design and implement system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with various enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, WSO2, OpenText).
路 Utilize OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, and Lifetime for architecture, development, and deployment management.
路 Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab.
路 Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality assurance and performance optimization.
路 Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and delivery process.
