Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SQL databases, Shell scripting, and UNIX systems. Assist in the maintenance and administration of UNIX servers. Monitor database performance and make recommendations for improvements. Create, edit, and execute Shell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency. Help in resolving database-related issues reported by users and applications. Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure smooth operations of IT services and applications. Participate in development and implementation of database backup and recovery procedures. Document support cases and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions. Contribute to team meetings and share knowledge about best practices in SQL and UNIX administration.
