The Role

AMD CAD team is part of Central Design Methodology team and is responsible for delivering differentiated ASIC implementation flows (from RTL to GDSII) for all AMD products. You'll be working with the global CAD team on synthesize flows.

The Person

You have a passion for modern, complex processor architecture, digital design, and verification in general. You are a team player who has excellent communication skills. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn and ready to take on problems.

Key Responsibilities

Be responsible for AMD FrontEnd Integration flow validation, development, and support to AMD internal design teams Interface with EDA vendors on technical problem

Preferred Experience

Be familiar with digital-design's synthesize Be familiar with one of more EDA tools like FusionCompiler/Genus, ICC2/Innovus etc. Has knowledge of any script languages like Tcsh, Tcl, Perl, Python etc. Has knowledge of low power design (UPF, CPF) Good written and spoken English AI Knowledge is preferred

Academic Credentials

Bachelors or Masters degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering
