The Role

AMD is seeking a proven and passionate channel sales leader to accelerate our growth across the DACH region. In this high-impact leadership role, you will guide and scale AMD's channel ecosystem—Distribution, NSPs, SIs, and VARs—across both server and client solutions for enterprise and SMB customers. You'll lead a regional team, build and deepen strategic partnerships, and design go-to-market strategies that drive share gain, revenue growth, and partner success. This is a highly collaborative role with strong cross-functional visibility and the opportunity to shape AMD's commercial momentum in one of our most important European regions.

The Person

Does this sound like you? We would love to talk. Proven leadership of regional or multi-country channel sales teams (including Disti, NSP, VAR, SI). Demonstrated success in growing the sales of both components and complex system level solutions through channel partners in both large enterprise and SMB customers. Significant background working with channel partners to develop plans to collaboratively grow our joint business. Experience successfully managing large channel marketing budgets to maximize the ROI and impact of every marketing dollar. Comfortable presenting to different audiences; customers and business/partner executives. Willing to travel up to 70% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

Lead DACH channel team (Disti/VAR/SI+ across component, Enterprise Server and Client) to drive next level scale and growth through our focused partners Develop compelling channel programs to drive AMD server, graphics, and client growth in large enterprise, public sector, and SMB Build and cultivate direct relationships with key channel executives across top AMD scale partners Promote AMD products and technologies Deliver AMD unit and revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis Partner with AMD's top OEM partners to develop and implement channel growth strategies Acquire and analyze channel sales reporting to recognize trends and steer financial and human resources to improve growth and return on investment Provide internal feedback to help build the accurate marketing collateral and sales tools vital to educate the channel on the benefits of partnering with and selling AMD-based products and solutions

Preferred Experience

Leadership Experience: Proven success leading a regional Channel sales team (Disti, NSP, VAR, SI, etc.) across multiple countries Technical Sales Experience: An established background in Server and Datacenter, Client, Graphics and/or CPU sales with progressive success scaling complex solutions through multiple channels Commercial Channel Network: Deep relationships within the commercial channel ecosystem across the DACH market Commercial Channel Sales: Extensive experience in Commercial channel sales with proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding target goals GTM Strategy: Experience implementing Commercial sales-out strategies that grow revenue base and market share GTM Execution: Validated experience in developing and successfully executing sales plans and channel programs DACH Experience: Understanding of DACH regional business dynamics and cultural nuances Academic Credentials: BSEE or relevant technical degree, MSEE or MBA is preferred
