Technician Plasma Lab (M/F/D)

For our plasma lab in Metzingen, we are looking for an experienced Technician Plasma Lab (m/f/d) starting immediately.

Your tasks:

• Operation, maintenance, and repair of coating systems.
• Creation of maintenance plans and independent execution of maintenance and repairs.
• Careful documentation of all work on the systems.
• Conducting experiments on the systems, active R&D activity in the area of PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating.
• Analysis of data from the coating tool, evaluation, and documentation.
• Support of the measurement technology available at the site for layer analysis.
• Working with the oscilloscope to capture dynamic processes on the systems.

Your profile:

• Technician with a focus on electrical engineering or mechatronics or comparable education with appropriate experience.
• Knowledge in the field of vacuum technology is an advantage.
• Applied knowledge in the use of common laboratory measurement technology.
• Good technical understanding.
• Reliable and independent work.
• Flexibility and good communication.
• Good English in writing and speaking.
