Manage the annual planning and quarterly budget evaluation cycles for the Adobe on Adobe consulting organization.

Collaborate with finance on forecasting, budgeting, and headcount planning.

Review and consolidate travel and expense requests, tracking against forecasted spend.

Work with sr. leadership to manage budgets and forecasts.

Coordinate with HR Ops and partner liaisons to source and onboard partner resources.

Act as a liaison between various teams, including finance, customer collaborators, and product leadership.

Find opportunities for automation and reporting improvements to improve transparency.

Lead content creation for quarterly all-hands meetings and maintain the Adobe on Adobe program charter.

Drive interlock agendas and schedule with partners across the ecosystem: Consulting Practices, product, marketing, finance, etc.

Drive communications of monthly/quarterly Adobe on Adobe communications, including broad newsletters and executive communications.

Advise Global Delivery Center operations team on staffing and opportunities to build more alignment between US and India-based consultants.

What you need to succeed:

8+ years in strategy, business operations, consulting, or services operations.

Strong financial modeling and planning experience.

Experience supporting delivery organizations or large, matrixed teams.

Ability to influence without formal authority in a matrixed environment.

Clear, confident communicator with executive presence.

Highly collaborative, able to build trust quickly across functions.

Comfortable working in ambiguity and providing a point of view where there are gaps.

Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with Adobe's products is a strong plus.
