Adobe

Provides creative, marketing, and document management software and cloud services for designing, publishing, and managing digital content.

Senior Product Marketing Manager

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe's all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will help define and execute the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for offerings that leverage generative AI, machine learning, and automation to transform enterprise creativity, productivity, and content supply chains.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to validate AI-driven value propositions, shape differentiated messaging, and drive adoption of AI-powered SaaS solutions among global enterprise customers. This role is highly cross-functional and hands-on, with meaningful influence on how emerging AI capabilities are brought to market.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Executional Excellence for AI Offerings

Remove barriers, validate opportunities, and deliver high-quality GTM plans, launch assets, and enablement with speed and precision. Own execution across key moments in the product lifecycle while ensuring alignment with broader AI platform strategy.

Accelerate Growth & GTM for AI-Powered SaaS Solutions

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to launch new AI capabilities, develop sales enablement grounded in clear AI value propositions, and support demand generation programs that drive enterprise acquisition, expansion, and usage.

Shape AI Value Propositions & Market Readiness

Translate complex AI concepts (e.g., generative models, automation workflows, model governance) into clear, differentiated messaging for both business and technical buyers. Support competitive analysis, customer validation, and packaging inputs for AI-enabled offerings.

Champion Responsible AI Storytelling

Contribute to compelling narratives that articulate the value, trust, and responsible innovation behind Adobe's AI solutions. Ensure messaging reflects enterprise expectations around transparency, safety, and governance.

Customer-Driven Insight & Validation

Engage directly with customers, prospects, and field teams to understand AI adoption drivers, objections, and real-world workflows. Feed insights back into messaging, positioning, and launch plans.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, solution consulting, technical sales enablement, or related roles, preferably in enterprise SaaS or platform products.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting AI-driven or highly technical products, including comfort with concepts such as generative AI, machine learning, automation, or data-driven workflows.

  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to make technical details resonate with both business and IT stakeholders.

  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success, including direct support of customer-facing engagements and enterprise sales cycles.

  • Familiarity with new-category or emerging-technology product launches strongly preferred.

  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to translate requirements into impactful validation experiences, messaging, and enablement assets.

  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where AI capabilities and market expectations are rapidly evolving.
